We’re halfway through the March BHAG challenge, and I’m reaching out for a little help.

I only feel comfortable asking because I genuinely believe this newsletter helps HR leaders influence strategically, drive impact at the exec table and move closer to the goal we all share — making HR indispensable.

What happens if we don’t hit 6,000?

Honestly? Nothing terrible 😅. Life goes on.

1. The HR leaders who’ve shared their links aren’t doing it for the gift

(Though the rewards are great 😉). They’re sharing because this newsletter has genuinely helped them think more strategically and they know exactly who else could benefit. That’s the only reason I feel comfortable asking.
